疼痛护理联合静脉自控镇痛泵在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨疼痛护理联合静脉自控镇痛泵在剖宫产术后护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月新民市妇婴医院收治的124例剖宫产产妇,将其分为对照组和试验组,每组62例。对照组给予常规护理联合常规镇痛,试验组给予疼痛护理联合静脉自控镇痛泵镇痛,观察不同麻醉方式的应用效果。结果试验组镇痛有效率为95.16%,明显高于对照组的43.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度评分为(98.20±1.22)分,高于对照组的(74.61±2.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论疼痛护理联合静脉自控镇痛泵能够促进剖宫产产妇镇痛效果的提高,有利于产妇早期快速康复,患者的护理满意度较高。Objective To investigate the role of pain nursing combined with intravenous controlled analgesia pump in postoperative nursing after cesarean section.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,124 cases of cesarean section women in our hospital were divided into control group and experimental group,62 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care combined with routine analgesia.The experimental group was given pain care combined with intravenous self-controlled analgesic pump for analgesia,and its application eff ect was observed.Results The analgesic effi ciency of the experimental group was 95.16%,signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(43.55%),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was(98.20±1.22),which was better than that of the control group(74.61±2.80),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing combined with intravenous self-controlled analgesia pump can improve the analgesic eff ect of cesarean section parturient,promote early recovery of parturient,improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
