综合护理干预在腹部外科手术患者术后恢复期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析综合护理干预在腹部外科手术患者术后恢复期中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月在阜新市第六人民医院进行腹部外科手术治疗的88例患者为研究对象,通过分层抽样法将其分为试验组和对照组,每组44例。对照组患者采用饮食指导、纠正水电解质紊乱等常规护理干预,试验组患者实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者恢复期疼痛度、术后恢复时间及并发症发生情况。结果试验组0级、Ⅰ级疼痛患者占比明显高于对照组患者,Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级疼痛患者占比明显低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者术后下床时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及肛门排气时间均短于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组术后并发症总发生率为9.09%,对照组术后并发症总发生率为20.45%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在腹部外科手术患者术后恢复期应用综合性护理干预可减轻其疼痛程度,缩短术后机体功能恢复时间,并有效减少各类并发症的发生。Objective To analyze the eff ect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients recovering after abdominal surgery.Methods Eighty-eight patients who underwent abdominal surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled.All patients were divided into experimental group and control group by stratifi ed sampling,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing interventions such as water and electrolyte disorders,and the experimental group received implement comprehensive nursing intervention.The recovery period pain degree,functions recovery time and complications were compared.Results The proportion of patients with grade 0 and gradeⅠpain in the experimental group were signifi cantly higher than that in the control group,the proportion of patients with gradeⅡandⅢpain were signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant between the two groups(P<0.05).The time of bed-out,recovery of bowel sounds and anal exhaust time were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant between the two groups(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 9.09%,and in the control group was 20.45%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the recovery period of abdominal surgery patients can reduce the pain,shorten the recovery time of postoperative body function and eff ectively reduce various complications.
