针对性护理在老年性慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察针对性护理在老年性慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月新民市人民医院收治的108例慢性支气管炎老年患者进行研究,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(54例,采用常规护理)与观察组(54例,采用针对性护理),比较两组患者的治疗效果及生活质量评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%,明显高于对照组的81.48%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.624,P <0.05);观察组情绪、躯体、认知、角色、社会评分及总分分别为(82.94±3.93)、(87.72±4.26)、(86.15±4.01)、(82.03±3.77)、(73.59±4.12)、(82.16±4.18)分,均高于对照组的(73.06±2.77)、(72.78±3.03)、(73.06±2.69)、(76.18±3.04)、(63.05±3.42)、(70.64±3.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.493、6.922、6.218、3.613、5.076、5.961,P <0.05)。结论将针对性护理干预运用于老年慢性支气管炎患者中,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量。Objective To observe the eff ect of targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,108 elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to our hospital for research were divided into a control group(n=54,received routine care)and an observation group(n=54,receivedtargeted nursing).The nursing eff ect and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total eff ectiveness of the observation group(96.30%)was signifi cantly higher than the control group(81.48%),the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(χ^2=7.624,P<0.05).The mood,body,cognition,role,society and the total scores of the observation group were(82.94±3.93),(87.72±4.26),(86.15±4.01),(82.03±3.77),(73.59±4.12),(82.16±4.18),which are higher than the scores of(73.06±2.77),(72.78±3.03),(73.06±2.69),(76.18±3.04),(63.05±3.42)and(70.64±3.26)in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(t=4.493,6.922,6.218,3.613,5.076,5.961,P<0.05).Conclusion Application of targeted nursing in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis can signifi cantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
