优质护理模式在心血管内科护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨在心血管内科护理中应用优质护理模式的护理效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月普兰店区中心医院心血管内科收治的100例患者,通过随机法进行分组,将其中50例接受常规护理措施干预的患者作为对照组,剩余50例接受优质护理模式干预的患者作为研究组,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理干预后,研究组患者临床总有效率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在临床心血管内科为患者提供优质护理模式的干预效果理想,能够显著缓解患者的不良情绪,提高疾病治疗效果。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of applying high quality nursing model in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing.Methods Between January 2018 and January 2019 Pulandian District Central Hospital cardiovascular internal medicine treated 100 patients,grouped by random method,in which 50 cases treated with routine nursing intervention as control group,the remaining 50 patients who underwent quality intervention nursing mode of patients as a study group,the nursing eff ect of two groups of patients were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the total clinical eff ective rate,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)Score and the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the study group were better than those of the control group.The diff erence between the two groups of data was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention eff ect of providing highquality nursing mode for patients in clinical cardiovascular medicine is ideal,which can signifi cantly relieve patients'bad mood and improve the treatment eff ect of the disease.
