早期快速康复护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后患者负性情绪及疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨早期快速康复护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后患者负性情绪及疼痛的影响。方法 66例妇科腹腔镜术后患者均于2018年1月至2019年1月在新民市妇婴医院接受治疗,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=31,采取常规护理干预)和观察组(n=31,在对照组的基础上采取早期快速康复护理干预)。比较两组术后恢复情况、住院时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果观察组术后恢复情况、住院时间,护理后SAS评分、SDS评分,术后1 d VAS评分,术后2、3 d,VAS评分均优于对照组,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将早期快速康复护理应用于妇科腹腔镜术后患者治疗过程中能够有效提高护理效果及护理质量,帮助患者缓解和消除术后不良情绪,降低疼痛感,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the eff ect of early rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on negative emotion and pain of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 66 patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery received treatment from January 2018 to January 2019 in Xinmin Women and Infants Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received early and rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery,length of stay,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's postoperative recovery,hospital stay,SAS score,SDS score after nursing,VAS score at 1 day after surgery,and VAS score at 2 and 3 days after surgery were better than those of the control group.There was a statistically signifi cant diff erence between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of early rapid rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery can eff ectively improve the nursing eff ect and quality,help patients to alleviate and eliminate postoperative bad mood,reduce pain,promote patients to recover.
