快速康复护理理念在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理理念在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年2月于新民市妇婴医院行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的96例患者,将其分为对照组(n=48,给予常规护理)和康复组(n=48,实施快速康复护理)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果护理后,康复组患者各项临床指标恢复情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);康复组VAS评分为(1.52±0.61)分,对照组为(2.90±0.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);康复组并发症发生率为8.33%,对照组为31.25%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术中的引入快速康复护理理念能够缩短患者的住院时间,缓解患者术后疼痛程度,降低术后并发症的发生率,改善患者的胃肠道功能,促进患者术后早期康复。Objective To investigate the eff ect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Select 96 patients who underwent gynecological laparoscopic surgery at Xinmin Maternity and Infant Hospital from January 2018 to February 2018,and divide them into a control group(n=48,given routine care)and a rehabilitation group(n=48,implement rapid rehabilitation care).Compare the treatment eff ect of the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the recovery of various clinical indicators in the rehabilitation group was better than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the VAS score of the rehabilitation group was(1.52±0.61)points,and the control group was(2.90±0.22)points,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group was 8.33%,and that in the control group was 31.25%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of rapid rehabilitation nursing concept in gynecological laparoscopic surgery can shorten the hospitalization time of patients,relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,and promote the early recovery of patients.
