摘　　要：正是把党的群众路线这一工作方法优势变为治国理政优势,通过应对执政基础流失危机,提高党的合法性建设能力;规避限度科学实施,提高党的科学决策能力;价值引领与法器输出并重,提高党的正风反腐能力,才使得中国共产党在长期执政的过程中保持初心不变、作风优良,从苦难走向辉煌。梳理总结这一历史经验对当今中国开启新时代新征程,无疑是有意义的。It is precisely by turning the advantage of the party’s mass line as a working method into an advantage in governing the country.Only by coping with the crisis of the loss of ruling foundation,improving the party’s ability of legitimacy construction,avoiding the limit of scientific implementation,improving the party’s scientific decision-making ability,paying equal attention to value guidance and legal instrument output,and improving the party’s ability of positive atmosphere and anti-corruption,can the CPC’s long-term ruling intention remain unchanged,its mission enhanced,its ability improved,and it will turn from suffering to glory.It is undoubtedly meaningful to sort out and summarize this historical experience for China to open a new era and a new journey.
