论体育课身体体验的认知价值及纾解路径——羌族人身体体验到身体教育的经验启示

摘  要:青年学生多是用身体决定思维,所以利用身体的体验实施教育,是进一步提升青少年学习欲望的有效途径。通过社会调查法,在九寨沟、松潘、茂县、黑水、汶川、理县、北川等七个地区的中学开展了为期半个月的课题调研工作。研究发现:羌族村寨开展形式多样的节日活动、习俗舞蹈是礼教的另一种形式;青少年参与其中,活动结束后共同吸食咂酒,享受运动后产生快感的技巧是纾解灵魂与身体分离二元论的有效途径,能实现对后生由身体体验到身体教育的目的。建议:借鉴羌族人教育后人的经验,在中学的体育课中分性别构建不同的学习内容。Young students mostly use their bodies to decide their thinking.Therefore,it is an effective way to further enhance their desire to learn by using their body experience in education.A half-month research project was carried out in middle schools in Jiuzhaigou,Songpan,Maoxian,Heishui,Wenchuan,Lixian and Beichuan.It is found that there are various festival activities in the Qiang people’s villages which is another form of ethics.Young people participate in the activities,drink wine after the activities to realize the purpose of physical experience and physical education for the young people.And the skill of producing pleasure after enjoying sports is an effective way to relieve the dualism of the separation of soul and body.It is suggested to learn from the experience of the Qiang people in educating the future generations.Different learning contents should be constructed according to gender in middle school physical education.
