摘　　要：采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,以健康老龄化为背景,对我国老年公共体育服务体系的结构特征进行了解析。研究认为:我国老年公共体育服务体系的问题主要表现在“均等共享”的价值理念难以实现、需求与供给不均衡、多元供给主体责任不明、社区作用发挥不够等方面。这些问题使得老年群体的体育需求不能得到有效满足。由此提出:建立需求导向型的老年公共体育服务供给机制、构建政府为主导的多元主体供给结构模型、培育和扶持老年体育社会组织、加强老年社会体育指导员和志愿者队伍建设、搭建以社区为基础的老年公共体育服务平台、完善老年公共体育服务监管保障机制等治理策略,以期为维护老年人合法体育权益、推进健康老龄化提供参考。By the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the structural features of the public sports service system for the elderly in China under the background of healthy aging.It is found that the predicament is mainly manifested in the difficulty to realize the value idea of“equal sharing”,the imbalance between the demand and supply of public sports service,the unclear responsibility of multiple supply subjects,and the insufficient role of the community.Therefore,the sports demand of the elderly cannot be effectively satisfied.On this basis,the governance strategies are proposed.We should establish a demand-oriented public sports service supply mechanism for the elderly,construct the model of multi-subject supply structure dominated by the government,strengthen the construction of social sports instructors and volunteers for the elderly,build a community-based public sports service platform for the elderly,and improve the supervision and guarantee mechanism for public sports services for the elderly.
