摘 要:目前,我国高校的“课程思政”改革致力于挖掘课程中的思政元素,使各类课程与思政教育同向同行。基于此,笔者运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法对拓展训练在大学体育课程思政中的应用进行实证研究。调查表明:拓展训练后学生在身心素质、社会适应能力、道德素质等方面均有不同程度的提高,尤其是团队合作精神、社会责任感、激励能力、健康意识、感恩意识。说明拓展训练在大学体育课程思政中发挥了非常重要的作用。At present,the curriculum ideological and political reform in China's colleges and universities is committed to mining the ideological and political elements in the curriculum,so that all kinds of courses and ideological and political education can go together.Based on this,this paper makes an empirical study on the application of outward bound training in the ideological and political education of college physical education course by using the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire survey.The results show that the students' physical and mental quality,social adaptability and moral quality have been improved to varying degrees,especially team spirit,social responsibility,incentive ability,health awareness and gratitude consciousness.It shows that outward bound training plays a very important role in the ideological and political education of college physical education.
