摘　　要：先从体制内经历者的视角,提出我国女子曲棍球项目竞技成绩的优劣与项目人口基数的多少存在诸多不确定因素,不一定呈现正相关,并重点分析了“洋教练”对曲棍球项目发展所带来的利与弊,以及女曲在北京奥运会的辉煌所带来的体制内与外的问题。再从体制外见证者的角度,提出教练的认知水平、执教理念及风格等因素严重影响着运动员的未来发展情况;国家代表队的比赛成绩是一个项目获得普及发展的重要条件;由中小学校到专业队的培养选拔模式是我国竞技体育发展的一个重要选项。From the perspective of the experiencer in the system,this paper firstly points out that there are many uncertain factors between the competitive performance of Chinese women' s hockey and the population base of the event,which do not necessarily have a positive correlation.It also emphatically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of foreign coaches for the development of hockey,and the internal and external problems brought about by the brilliance of women's hockey in Beijing Olympic Games.Then,from the perspective of witnesses outside the system,the paper puts forward that the cognitive level,coaching philosophy and style of coaches have a strong impact on the future development of athletes.The performance of the national team is an important condition for the popularization and development of the sports.The training and selection mode from primary and secondary schools to professional teams is an important choice for the development of competitive sports in China.
