摘  要:低风速风电市场的发展对风力发电机组支承塔架提出高度提升的需求,本文介绍了分段直塔筒体外预应力混凝土塔架结构。通过结合分段直塔筒外形和体外预应力技术,解决混凝土塔架连接细节和安装时间的短板,相比渐变直径、体内预应力的混凝土塔架可降低模板投入,提高筒节互换性、预制生产效率以及现场安装便利性;采用就近整环预制策略和垂直短线法工艺解决了长距离运输限制和单节预制误差控制成本过高的问题;采用自行研发的三向伸缩吊梁、自动升降施工平台配套设备进一步提升了预制筒节的周转率和高空安装效率。对运行测试塔进行实测得到该类结构前二阶频率分别为0.432Hz和1.681Hz,阻尼比为4%。With the development of wind-power market in low-wind zone,it is necessary to increase the height of wind turbine supporting structures.Under this circumstance,segmental-precast prestressed concrete wind towers with external prestress tendon are researched.While comparing with other types of concrete tower commonly prestressed by internal cables which segmental diameters are gradually reduced from bottom to top,the tower introduced in this paper can greatly reduce the cost on formworks through standard cylindrical segments,and improve the production efficiency during precast and site installation.By applying"Match-casting"technologies in near-site precasting,cost-saving can be further achieved through short-distance transportation and simple geometry control.Three-way lifting beam and self-lifting construction platform were specially designed,to simplify the installation process and improve the efficiency during high-altitude installation.The basic and second mode of frequency of the tower was found as 0.432 Hz and 1.681 Hz through site monitoring,and the damping ratio was 4%.
