摘  要:本文以某炼钢厂三管自立式烟囱鉴定案例为基础,对烟囱主管道壁厚进行了测试,测试结果表明该烟囱主管道锈蚀严重,实际平均锈蚀速率大于0.2mm/年。建立锈蚀后三管烟囱的有限元模型,进行模态分析,参考《烟囱设计规范》(GB50051-2013)确定风荷载的计算参数取值及风荷载数值。对锈蚀后的三管自立式烟囱进行承载力分析。利用有限元模型对各加固方案进行试算,分析在不同加固条件下各方案的可行性。最后通过比选,确定了对三管24m以下进行包钢加固并且沿全高增设连系梁的加固方案;确定了通过塞焊方式进行包钢加固,对连梁节点位置的管壁进行包钢加固并采用栓焊连接。Based on the identification case of a three-pipe self-supporting steel chimney,the wall thickness of the main pipe of the chimney was tested,the results showed that the main pipe of the chimney was severely corroded,and the actual average corrosion rate was faster than 0.2 mm/year.In order to carring out the bearing capacity analysis of the corroded three-tube self-supporting chimney,the finite element model of the corroded three-tube chimney was established,and the modal analysis was carried out based on the"Code for Design of Chimneys"(GB50051-2013).And the feasibility of each plan under different reinforcement conditions was analyzed based on calculations of each reinforcement plan.Finally,through comparison and selection,a reinforcement plan for steel-clad reinforcement for the three pipes below 24 m and additional connecting beams along the full height was adopted;the steel-clad reinforcement was determined by plug welding,and the pipe wall at the joint beam node location was reinforced with steel-clad steel and bolt welding connection.
