摘 要:本文对新国标《烟囱工程技术标准》(GB50051)在烟囱横风向共振及烟囱防腐两个方面的修订内容做了简要介绍。对比分析了国内外标准关于烟囱横风向共振的判定条件,分别介绍了雷诺数对顺风向与横风向荷载效应的影响。通过烟囱实际破坏案例的分析并结合国外有关标准的规定,认为我国《建筑结构荷载规范》(GB50009—2012)把雷诺数作为横风向共振是否发生的判定条件之一,存在不足,《烟囱工程技术标准》(GB50051)对此进行了修正和完善。烟囱防腐是烟囱设计的一项关键性工作,防腐材料选择的成败直接关系到整个烟囱设计的成败,《烟囱工程技术标准》(GB50051)在总结国内外烟囱防腐经验基础上,推荐了现阶段最成熟的3类材料用于湿烟囱防腐,文章着重介绍了这3类防腐材料的优势与不足以及适用条件,供实际设计中辩证分析选用。This article briefly introduced the revision of the new national standard Technical Standard for Chimney Engineering(GB50051) in two aspects of chimney cross-wind resonance and chimney anti-corrosion.The article compared and analyzed the judgment conditions of chimney cross-wind resonance in domestic and foreign standards,and introduced the influence of Reynolds number on the loading effect of the downwind and crosswind directions respectively.Through the analysis of the actual destruction of the chimney and combining with the relevant foreign standards,it was found that it was insufficient for China’s Load Code for Design of Building Structure(GB50009-2012) to take Reynolds number as one of the conditions for judging cross-wind resonance.And this was amended and perfected in Technical Standard for Chimney Engineering(GB50051).For chimney design,anti-corrosion is a key work,and the choice of anti-corrosion materials directly matters about the success or failure of the entire chimney design.Technical Standard for Chimney Engineering(GB50051) recommended the 3 most mature anticorrosive materials for wet chimney at this stage based on the summary of chimney anti-corrosion experiences home and abroad.The article focused on the advantages and disadvantages and applicable conditions of these 3 anti-corrosion materials for dialectical analysis and selection in actual design.
