摘　　要：生态现代化的产业趋势主张以绿色转向结构调整来解决工业经济发展的负面后果。这在实践中要求重新审视生命共同体的关系,以技术进步实现产业升级,进而消除人与非人生物、整体生存环境的对立。本文聚焦我国毛皮业这一低技术产业,运用行动者网络理论,探究毛皮业的技术发展网络,分析其在当下面临的生态伦理困境,并试从伦理价值和技术创新层面提出促进低技术产业转型升级的评价体系建议。Ecological Modernization Theory highlights the role of technological innovations in environmental reform,especially in the sphere of industrial production.In practice,it requires a re-examination of the relationship of life community,promoting industrial upgrading via technological advance so as to mediate the conflicts between human beings and non-human organisms as well as those in their overall living environment.Taking China’s fur industry as the research object,this article focuses on low-technology industries to reveal the major dilemma it faces in industrial upgrading and transformation by technological progress.In case study,the theory of Actor-Network Theory is employed to address the technological development network of fur industry.The implications of this study also tries to put forward some suggestions on the evaluation system of promoting the transformation and upgrading of low technology industries from the perspective of technological innovation and ethical value..
