摘 要:文章旨在评估不同消化能日粮补充β-甘露聚糖酶对生长猪生长性能和养分表观消化率的影响。试验选择体重接近的1152头杜×长×大猪用于两个试验。试验1:将576头猪随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复24头猪,分别饲喂基础日粮及基础日粮+0、150、300和450 U/kg的β-甘露聚糖酶。试验2分组同试验1,试验日粮采用2(3250和3400 kcal/kg消化能)×2(0和300 U/kgβ-甘露聚糖酶)因子设计。结果:随着日粮β-甘露聚糖酶添加水平的升高,15~28 d以及1~28 d猪的日增重表现为显著二次曲线效应(P<0.05),而料重比表现为显著线性和二次曲线效应(P<0.05)。随着日粮β-甘露聚糖酶添加水平的升高,13~14 d和27~28 d猪对干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、钙和磷表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。日粮补充β-甘露聚糖酶或高消化能日粮显著提高了各阶段猪的日增重、改善了料重比及提高干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、磷和总能表观消化率(P<0.05)。结论:本试验条件下,在玉米-豆粕型日粮中补充300 U/kgβ-甘露聚糖酶可以通过提高生长猪的养分表观消化率来提高生长性能。The experiment was designed to evaluate the effects of different dietary supplementation with digestible energyβ-manganase on growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility in growing pigs.We selected 1,152 D×L×Y pigs of similar weight for two trials.In experiment 1,576 pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 24 pigs in each replicates.They were fed the basic diet and the basic diet of+0,150,300 and 450 U/kgβ-manganase.Experiment 2 was grouped together with experiment 1,and the experimental diet was designed with 2(3250 and 3400 kcal/kg digestible energy)×2(0 and 300 U/kgβ-manganase)factors.Results:the daily weight gain of pigs on days 15~28 and 1~28 showed a significant quadratic effect(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio showed a significant linear and quadratic effect as the increasing of dietaryβ-manganase levels(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,calcium and phosphorus was significantly improved on days 13~14 and 27~28 with the increase of the dietary supplementation ofβ-manganase(P<0.05).Dietary supplementation withβ-manganase or highdigestibility energy diets significantly increased daily weight gain,improved feed-to-weight ratio,and increased apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,phosphorus,and total energy in pigs at all stages(P<0.05).Conclusion:in this study,supplementation of 300 U/kg ofβ-manganase in the corn^soybean meal diet could improve the growth performance of growing pigs by increasing the apparent digestibility of nutrients.
