摘  要:本试验旨在评估奶牛日粮中添加酿酒酵母发酵产物对其泌乳性能及血浆和粪中脂多糖浓度的影响。试验在2个农场开展,每个农场选择泌乳天数为28~135 d、泌乳量相近的奶牛64头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头。对照组饲喂基础浓缩日粮,处理组奶牛除饲喂基础日粮外,每天每头牛还补充60 g酿酒酵母发酵产物。试验共进行4周。结果:两个农场奶牛的泌乳量和干物质摄入量分别为18.92-21.43 kg/kg、19.0-19.11 kg/d,而血浆和粪中脂多糖浓度范围为0.14-0.40 U/mL、6345-7455 U/mL。在农场1中,酿酒酵母提取物组奶牛的泌乳量、乳脂肪、乳蛋白和3.5%脂肪校正乳产量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),分别提高了4.62%、10%、5.17%和7.78%(P<0.05)。酿酒酵母产物及泌乳天数对乳脂肪含量的影响具有显著交互效应(P<0.05)。在农场2中,酿酒酵母组奶牛的乳脂肪、乳蛋白含量、乳脂肪产量、乳蛋白产量、3.5%脂肪校正乳和饲料报酬较对照组分别显著提高7.78%、11.07%、37.03%、22%、60%、15.09%和13.79%(P<0.05)。泌乳天数对农场1奶牛血浆和粪以及农场2血浆脂多糖浓度具有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论:在不影响干物质摄入量的情况下,在泌乳奶牛日粮中补充酿酒酵母产物可显著提高泌乳量、乳质量和饲料效率。随着泌乳时间的延长,血浆脂多糖浓度有升高趋势,补充酿酒酵母产物有降低血浆脂多糖浓度的趋势。The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation products on lactation performance and lipopolysaccharide concentrations in plasma and feces of dairy cows.The experiment was carried out on 2 farms.In each farm,64 cows with similar daily milk production and a lactation day of 28~135 days were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 8 cows in each replicate.The control group was fed the basal concentrated diet,while the cows in the treatment group were fed the basal diet and supplemented with 60 g of saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation products per cow per day.The trial lasted four weeks.Results:milk production and dry matter intake were 18.92~21.43 kg/kg and 19.0~19.11 kg/d,respectively,while the concentrations of LPS in plasma and feces ranged from 0.14~0.40 U/mL and 6345~7455 U/mL.In farm 1,milk production,milk fat,milk protein and 3.5%fat corrected milk production in sachets group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),which increased by 4.62%,10%,5.17%and 7.78%,respectively(P<0.05).Saccharomyces cerevisiae products and lactation days had significant interaction effects on milk fat content(P<0.05).In farm 2,the milk fat,milk protein content,milk fat yield,milk protein yield,3.5%fat correction milk and feed remuneration of cerevoyeast group increased by 7.78%,11.07%,37.03%,22%,60%,15.09%and 13.79%,respectively,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The number of days of lactation had a significant effect on the plasma and fecal concentrations of cows in farm 1 and plasma lipopolysaccharide concentrations in farm 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:without affecting dry matter intake,saccharomyces cerevisiae supplementation in lactating cows diet significantly increased lactation volume and yield of milk components,thus improving feed efficiency.With the prolongation of lactation time,the plasma lipopolysaccharide concentration tends to increase,and the trend of supplementing saccharomyces cerevisiae products is to re
