摘 要:针对当前桑园宜机性差,现有除草机械难以适应,普遍采用人工除草和化学除草的现状,设计一种轻简型桑园电动除草机,详细介绍机具整机结构和动力系统、除草轮、传动系统等关键部件的设计选配,并以除草率和电耗为指标进行三因素三水平正交试验和除草效果验证试验。结果表明:除草机操控轻便,可以在桑园中灵活作业和转移;除草机作业的最佳参数组合为除草轮转速200 r/min、除草深度20 mm、行走速度0.2 m/s,此条件下除草率不低于85%,电耗不高于2 W·h/m,作业效率大于300 m^2/h,满足设计要求。On the background of existing weeding machinery cannot adapt to the agronomic conditions of mulberry garden,manual weeding and chemical weeding are commonly used,so the mulberry field weeder was designed.The overall structure of the machine and design of key components such as power system,weeding wheel,transmission system were introduced.Orthogonal array experiment of"3 factor 3 levels"and validation experiment were performed aimed at optimizing weeding rate and energy consumption.The results indicated that the weeder is easy to operate;it can work and move flexibly in mulberry field.Based on comprehensive consideration of weeding rate and energy consumption,the optimal working condition is:the rotation speed of the weeding wheel with 200 r/min,weeding depth with 20 mm,implement speed with 0.2 m/s.On this condition the weeding rate was no less than 85%,energy consumption was no more than 2 W·h/m,the efficiency was above 300 m^2/h,it can achieve the design requirements.
