摘 要:针对农用电动运输车直流电源电压降落而导致的动力降低,以及车辆行驶工况复杂多变等问题,设计一种基于双向准Z源逆变器的无刷直流电机驱动系统。以STM32F103C8T6为控制器,完成驱动系统的硬件电路设计。通过直流母线方波升压和SVPWM控制策略,使无刷直流电机驱动系统具有ON-PWM斩波、准Z源方波升压、准Z源SVPWM三种驱动模式。最后搭建驱动系统的试验平台,取直流电源电压Udc=24 V,直通占空比D0=0.2,准Z源方波升压和准Z源SVPWM都将逆变桥的直流母线电压提升至40 V以上,有效解决直流电源电压降落的问题。驱动系统根据加速、爬坡、重载等具体工况快速、准确地切换工作模式,满足车辆的动力需求,提高车辆行驶的安全性和可靠性。Aiming at the problems of power reduction caused by the drop of the DC power supply voltage of the agricultural electric transport vehicle,and the complicated and variable driving conditions of the vehicle,a brushless DC motor drive system based on a bidirectional quasi-Z-source inverter was designed.With STM32 F103 C8 T6 as the controller,the hardware circuit design of the drive system was completed.Through the DC bus square wave boost and SVPWM control strategies,the brushless DC motor drive system had ON-PWM chopping,quasi-Z-source square wave boost,and quasi-Z-source SVPWM drive modes.Finally,an experimental platform for the drive system was set up,with DC supply voltage Udc was 24 V and shoot-through duty ratio D0 was 0.2.The quasi-Z-source square wave boost and quasi-Z-source SVPWM both boost the DC bus voltage of the inverter bridge to above 40 V,which is effective solve the problem of DC power supply voltage drop.The driving system switches working modes quickly and accurately according to specific working conditions such as acceleration,climbing,and heavy load,which meets the vehicle’s power requirements and improves the safety and reliability of the vehicle.
