摘 要:本研究旨在探讨青贮姜苗对崂山奶山羊产奶性能、养分消化率、血清生化指标及抗氧化活性的影响。试验选用体重(53.20±1.75)kg、泌乳60 d左右、产奶量相近的二胎健康崂山奶山羊30只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只羊。对照组饲粮由混合精料与全株玉米青贮及青干草按2:6:2的比例混合组成,试验组用青贮姜苗等量代替饲粮中20%的全株玉米青贮,其余成分与对照组完全相同。结果表明:2组奶山羊采食量、产奶量、奶品质、粗蛋白消化率、中性洗涤纤维消化率和血清生化指标无显著差异,但试验羊的干物质及酸性洗涤纤维消化率(P<0.05)、血清超氧阴离子含量(P<0.01)均低于对照组,总抗氧化能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,利用青贮姜苗等量代替饲粮中20%的全株玉米青贮对崂山奶山羊产奶量及乳成分无不良影响,但可改善机体抗氧化能力。The objective of this experiment was to explore the effect of silage ginger seedlings on milk production performance,nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical parameters and antioxidant activities of Laoshan dairy goat.Thirty healthy second fetus Laoshan dairy goats with body weight of(53.20±1.75)kg,about 60 days of lactation and similar milk yield were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 5 goats in each replicate.One group was fed with a diet composed of 60%silage corn,20%green hay and 20%concentrate as a control;another was fed with a diet which contained 48%silage corn,12%silage ginger seedlings,20%green hay and 20%concentrate as treatments.The results showed as follows:the feed intake,milk yield,milk quality and serum biochemical parameters of experimental group were no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05),and the digestibility of dry matter,digestibility of acid detergent fiber(P<0.05),and serum superoxide anion content(P<0.01)were significantly lower than those of the control group,the total antioxidant capacity was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,silage ginger seedlings instead of 20%of the whole plant silage corn in the whole mixed diet had no adverse effects on the milk yield and dairy composition of Laoshan dairy goats,and could improve the antioxidant capacity.
