摘　　要：以钼酸钠、钨酸钠和浓磷酸为原料,采用水热法制备了Dawson结构磷钨钼酸,并采用FTIR,XRD,SEM,EDS等分析方法对磷钨钼酸进行表征;以催化30%(w)H2O2氧化苯甲醛合成苯甲酸为探针,考查了Dawson结构磷钨钼酸的催化性能;通过单因素实验法探究了催化剂用量、30%(w)H2O2用量、反应温度及反应时间对苯甲酸收率的影响。表征结果显示,自制磷钨钼酸具有Dawson结构,可观察到催化剂呈固体块状结构。实验结果表明,在最优条件下,即催化剂用量为2.9%(基于苯甲醛质量)、n(苯甲醛)∶n(30%(w)H2O2)=1∶5、反应温度为80℃及反应时间为3.0 h,苯甲酸收率高达95.1%;催化剂重复使用5次,产物收率仍可达74.5%。Dawson type tungstomolybdophosphoric acid was prepared by hydrothermal method with sodium molybdate,sodium tungstate and concentrated phosphoric acid as raw materials.It was characterized by FTIR,XRD,SEM and EDS.Synthesis of benzoic acid by benzaldehyde oxidation of 30%(w)H2O2 with tungstomolybdophosphoric acid as catalyst was investigated.The effects of catalyst dosage,molar ration of benzaldehyde to 30%(w)H2O2,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of benzoic acid were investigated by single factor experiment.The characterizations indicate that the self-made tungstomolybdophosphoric acid has Dawson structure.The catalyst shows clumpy distribution with the observation.The result shows that under the optimal conditions,that is,the amount of catalyst is 2.9%(based on the benzaldehyde),n(benzaldehyde)∶n(30%(w)H2O2)1∶5,the reaction temperature 80℃,and the reaction time 3.0 h,the average yield of benzoic acid is 95.1%.The catalyst could be reused for five times,and the yield of benzoic acid remains up to 74.5%.
