摘  要:利用Sonogashira偶联反应合成了一系列邻位双炔基取代的苯酚类配体,通过配位反应,得到一种新型的苯酚类茂金属配合物。通过1H NMR,13C NMR,HRMS谱图及单晶X射线衍射对配合物及其配体进行了结构表征。实验结果表明,通过保护基的引入,反应过程得到优化,在保证反应简洁性的前提下,大大提高了配合物合成效率。通过改变苯酚类配体炔基上的取代基,合成一系列带有不同取代基的苯酚类配体,进而影响配合物金属中心周围的电子云密度和空间位阻效应,得到一系列不同性能的配合物,为开发新型茂金属催化剂奠定基础,促进聚烯烃工业的发展。A novel type of phenol-contained cyclopentadienyl complexes has been developed,which was prepared from a couple of o-diacetylenyl phenol derivatives through Sonogashira coupling reactions.The structure of the complexes was unambiguously characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,high-resolution mass(HRMS)and spectra X-ray crystallography.The result shows that the o-diacetylenyl phenols incorporating specific protecting groups have been utilized to proceed with the concise and efficient construction for the framework of the metallic complex.A broad range of these complex analogs has been collectively synthesized via phenol derivatives,bearing diverse substituent patterns with different electron natures and steric effects,which has laid a foundation for the development of new metallocene catalysts and will promote the development of polyolefin industry.
