摘  要:利用BCL-100催化剂颗粒形态规整、共聚性能优异的特点,在Innovene S工艺装置上开发了超韧性聚乙烯管材专用料;采用GPC-IR,13C NMR,DSC等方法考察了树脂的组成、结构、形貌和性能,并与PE100管材专用树脂PN049-030-122进行了对比。实验结果表明,BCL-100催化剂制备的超韧性聚乙烯管材专用料具有双峰相对分子质量分布,短支链含量高,兼具良好的加工性能和优异的力学性能,尤其具有优异的耐慢速裂纹增长性能,通过了国家化学建筑材料测试中心的8760 h切口管实验,可用做非开挖管道的原料树脂。Based on the regular morphology and outstanding copolymerization performance of BCL-100 catalyst,bimodal polyethylene with excellent resistance to slow crack growth was produced with BCL-100 catalyst on Innovene S process unit.The structure and properties of the resin were investigated compared with PN049-030-122 pipe resin by using GPC-IR,13C NMR,and DSC technique.The result shows that the produced resins have a wider distribution of molecular weight,higher co-monomer content,and good mechanical and processing properties.Especially,it exhibits excellent resistance to slow crack growth and passed 8760 h notched pipe test of National Test Center of Polymer and Chemical Building Materials,which can be used as a raw material resin for non-excavation pipelines.
