摘 要:利用Chemkin-Pro软件对激波反应器中的乙烷裂解过程进行数值模拟,研究了温度、停留时间、水与油的质量比(水油比)和压力对乙烷裂解反应主产物(乙烯)的收率和副产物的影响。模拟结果表明,温度对乙烯收率和副产物含量影响较大,乙烯收率最高组(1259 K)与最低组(1124 K)相比,提高了39%;停留时间、水油比和压力对乙烯收率影响较小;停留时间对副产物的影响较大,最高组(12.5 ms)与最低组(2.5 ms)相比,乙炔和苯含量分别增加了0.45倍和2.14倍;水油比对副反应影响较大,最高组(水油比0.40)与最低组(水油比0.20)相比,乙炔和苯含量分别增加了0.58倍和0.39倍;压力对乙炔和苯的影响程度不同,最高组(0.150 MPa)与最低组(0.050 MPa)相比,乙炔和苯含量分别增加了0.08倍和1.31倍。The cracking process of ethane in a shock wave reactor was simulated by Chemkin-Pro software.The effects of temperature,residence time,mass ratio of steam to oil,and pressure on the yield of the main products(ethylene)and by-products were studied.The result shows that temperature has a greater effect on the ethylene yield and by-products content.The group with the highest ethylene yield increases by 39%compared with the group with the lowest ethylene yield.The residence time,mass ratio of steam to oil and pressure have little effect on the ethylene yield.The residence time has a greater effect on the byproducts.Compared with the group(2.5 ms)with the lowest acetylene and benzene content,the highest content group(12.5 ms)increase by 0.45 times and 2.14 times,respectively.The mass ratio of steam to oil has a great effect on the by-products.Compared with the group(mass ratio of steam to oil 0.20)with the lowest acetylene and benzene content,the highest content group(mass ratio of steam to oil 0.40)increase by 0.58 times and 0.39 times,respectively.The effect of pressure on the production of acetylene and benzene is different.Compared with the group(0.050 MPa)with the lowest acetylene and benzene content,the highest content group(0.150 MPa)increase 0.08 times and 1.31 times,respectively.
