摘 要:对裂解汽油二段加氢催化剂LY-9802中活性金属组分Co,Mo,Ni含量测定中的干扰因素进行优化以得到最佳检测条件。分别研究了氧化铝载体、抗电离添加剂Na2SO4、消解液基体硫磷混酸对于活性金属含量测定的影响,并同时研究了几种金属相互之间的影响。实验结果表明,载体氧化铝会使得活性金属组分的回收率降低7~8百分点;抗电离剂Na2SO4最佳添加量为0.20%(φ);硫磷混酸的添加会使得几种金属回收率下降,1%(φ)时得到更接近催化剂中真实值的测定结果;共存金属使得待测金属的回收率略有升高;Co,Mo,Ni三种金属测定的回收率分别为101.6%,101.5%,102.3%;相对标准偏差分别为0.56%,1.08%,0.79%;检出限分别为0.0066,0.0455,0.0037 mg/L;准确度、精密度符合要求,符合产品检测要求。The interference factors in the determination of active metal components Co,Mo and Ni of the pyrolysis gasoline secondary hydrogenation catalyst LY-9802 were optimized to obtain the best detection conditions.The effects of Al2O3 carrier,anti-ionization additive Na2SO4 and sulfurphosphorus mixed acid on the determination of active metal content were studied respectively,and the effects of several metals on each other were also studied.The result shows that the Al2O3 carrier can reduce the recovery rate of active metal components by 7-8 percentage points.The optimum addition amount of anti-ionization reagent Na2SO4 is 0.20%(φ);the addition of sulfur-phosphorus mixed acid will reduce the recovery rate of several metals,and the determination result closer to the real value in the catalyst will be obtained at 1%(φ);the coexistence metal makes the recovery rate of the metal to be measured increase slightly;the recovery rates of Co,Mo and Ni were 101.6%,101.5%and 102.3%,respectively.The relative standard deviations are 0.56%,1.08%and 0.79%,respectively.The detection limits are 0.0066,0.0455,and 0.0037 mg/L,respectively.The accuracy and precision meet the requirements and conform to the requirements of the product detection.
