摘 要:目的将CAE与正交设计试验技术相结合,研究工艺参数对制品收缩率的影响,优化注射成型工艺参数。方法首先采用L25(56)正交表设计试验,研究注射成型工艺参数对PP制品收缩率的影响;然后采用L9(23)正交表设计试验,研究熔体温度和保压压力对收缩率的影响规律,建立收缩率回归方程,并对回归方程和试验结果进行显著性检验。结果在所选参数中,熔体温度与保压压力对收缩率的影响最为显著,熔体温度越低、保压压力越大,越有利于收缩率的减小。结论根据2次试验结果,得出最佳的注射成型工艺参数,有效地减小了塑件的收缩率。Purposes—To investigate the effect of process parameters on shrinkage of products and optimize the process parameters of injection molding by combining CAE with orthogonal design test technology.Methods—Firstly,L25(56)orthogonal table design experiment was used to study the effect of injection molding process parameters on shrinkage of PP products.And then,L9(23)orthogonal table design experiment was adopted to look into the influence of melt temperature and holding pressure on shrinkage,and the regression equation of shrinkage was established,the regression equation and the test results of significance test were carried out.Result—Among the selected parameters,melt temperature and holding pressure have the most significant effect on shrinkage,the lower melt temperature is,the higher holding pressure is,which is more conducive to the reduction of shrinkage.Conclusion—According to the results of two tests,the better injection molding process parameters were obtained,which effectively reduced the shrinkage of plastic product.
