摘　　要：目的:考察氯霉素泼尼松搽剂皮肤用药的安全性。方法:分别对健康家兔进行皮肤急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验,对健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验。结果:氯霉素泼尼松搽剂对家兔完整皮肤、破损皮肤均无明显急性毒性和局部刺激性,对豚鼠皮肤无过敏反应。结论:氯霉素泼尼松搽剂短期皮肤用药是安全的。Objective: To investigate the application safety of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment. Methods: Acute skin toxicity and skin irritation were carried out on healthy rabbits, and skin allergic reaction was performed on healthy guinea pigs. Results:Chloramphenicol prednisone liniment had no obvious acute toxicity and local irritation to integral and damaged skin of rabbits,and no allergic reaction to the skin of guinea pigs. Conclusion: Chloramphenicol prednisone liniment is safe for short-term skin application.
