摘  要:小径管环焊缝常规超声检测存在灵敏度低、检测效率低等缺点,利用超声相控阵检测方法,对带自然缺陷的小径管试样进行试验,同时开展射线检测,对2种检测方法得到的结果进行对比分析。结果表明,超声相控阵检测方法能得到更加真实的缺陷长度尺寸,该检测方法操作灵活,能够直观显示缺陷,可为缺陷定性提供一定依据。Conventional ultrasonic testing of small diameter pipe girth weld has the disadvantages of low sensitivity and low detection efficiency.The ultrasonic phased array testing method was used to test the smalldiameter pipe with natural defects,and the radiographic testing was carried out.The test results of the two methods were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the ultrasonic phased array detection method could get more real defect length dimensions.The detection method was flexible and could directly display defects,which could provide a certain basis for defect characterization.
