摘 要:全国500kW及以下的农村小水电数量众多,大多为村集体或个人投资建造,运行技术人员专业知识和技能水平较弱。针对农村水电站发电机开机并网操作时,非同期并网事故时有发生,对发电机及相关电气设备造成严重损坏的问题,提出了防止发电机非同期并网的技术改造措施,通过接线改造,结合并网操作时相位分析,使得技术改造又稳定又经济,实际证明,该方案是可行的,且具有一定的创新性,可为广大小水电安全并网提供借鉴。There are a lot of rural small hydropower stations that have power less than 500 kw in our whole country.Most of them were invested and manufactured by village or individual.Operation technicians have are lack of professional knowledge and skills.In view of non-synchronous grid connection accidents sometimes happen when rural hydropower stations are starting up and connecting to the grid,and based on the question that generator and such electric device were broken,we brought up technical transformation measures of preventing non-synchronous grid connection.By transforming connection wire and combining with phase analyzing during the grid connection operation,we made the technical transformation stable and economical.Facts proved that this is a possible method,and it is also kind of innovative,which could be a reference for safe grid connection for safe grid connection of small hydropower stations.
