摘  要:针对通道式X射线安检设备采集图像存在的形变问题,设计了一种基于成像比例一致原则的形变图像自动校正方法,包括以下步骤:首先,根据设备探测器数量与通道尺寸,计算设备标准像素投影距离;然后,计算每个探测器对应通道实际投影距离;接着,根据探测器实际投影距离与标准像素投影距离间的比例关系,计算校正图像中每个像素与实际图像映射像素组;最后,利用此映射像素组对应像素灰度值,插值计算出校正图像对应位置灰度值,完成形变图像校正过程。试验结果表明,方法有效地改善了图像形变现象,且对不同通道尺寸、不同源探关系设备形变图像校正具有通用性。In view of the deformation problem of the image collected by the channel type X-ray security inspection equipment,a method of deformation image correction based on the principle of consistent imaging scale is designed.It includes the following steps:firstly,the standard pixel projection distance is calculated according to the number of detectors and channel size;then,the true projection distance of each detector channel is calculated;then,according to the ratio between the real projection distance of the detector and the standard pixel projection distance,the mapping pixel group between the pixels in the corrected image and the actual image is calculated;finally,the gray value of corrected image is calculated by interpolation according to the corresponding pixel gray value of the mapping pixel group to complete the deformation image correction.The experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the image deformation,and the image correction method is universal for equipment with different channel size,X-ray source and detector layout.
