摘 要:探索将锅炉主蒸汽温度快速、高效、稳定的控制在设定值附近的方法不仅是火电机组安全运行的要求,也能提高发电机组的运行经济性,减少不必要的损耗。文章提出一种基于牛顿力学原理的火电机组主蒸汽温度控制方法,通过在现有主蒸汽温度串级控制的基础上增加一个辅助控制器,在已知温度变量存在一阶和二阶连续导数的前提下,利用控制变量的“位置”(被控量大小)、“速度”(被控量一阶导数)、“加速度”(被控量二阶导数)等信息,重点对现有控制系统中未被重视的“加速度”信息的负反馈作用加以运用,将被控对象的输出轨迹引导和控制到期望的闭环系统输出轨迹上。仿真试验验证了所提出方法的有效性,证明该方法可以明显改善控制系统的动态响应特性。Exploring the method of quickly,efficiently and stably controlling the boiler main steam tempera⁃ture near the set value is not only a requirement for the safe operation of thermal power generating units,but also can greatly improve the operating economical efficiency of the generating units and reduce unneces⁃sary losses.This article proposes a main steam temperature control method for thermal power generating units based on Newtonian mechanics.By adding an auxiliary controller based on the existing main steam tem⁃perature cascade control,and under the premise of first and second continuous derivatives for the known temperature variables,the information of controlled variable such as"position"(the magnitude of the con⁃trolled variable),"speed"(the first derivative of the controlled variable),and"acceleration"(the second de⁃rivative of the controlled variable)are used,focusing on the negative feedback effect of"acceleration"ig⁃nored in the existing control system,to guide and control the output trajectory of the controlled object to the desired output trajectory of the closed-loop system.The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified by simulation test,which proves that the method can significantly improve the dynamic response characteristics of the control system.
