摘　　要：内蒙古国华呼伦贝尔发电有限公司一期工程在冬季发电运行过程中,由于气候严寒,出现了机械通风冷却塔散发的水汽在电气设备上形成覆冰的现象,构成重大安全隐患,对电气设备的安全运行构成威胁。本文对相关问题进行了阐述及原因分析,并提出整改措施。During the power generation operation of the phase Ⅰ project of Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulun Buir Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,the water vapor from the mechanical draft cooling tower iced up on the electrical equipment due to the cold weather,which not only constituted major potential safety hazards but also threatened the safe operation of the electrical equipment. This article elaborates the relevant problems,analyzes the causes,and proposes corrective measures.
