摘 要:目的:比较COOK球囊、欣普贝生两种不同引产方式对孕晚期促宫颈成熟及引产的效果及安全性。方法:2017年4月-2019年12月收治孕晚期引产患者230例,分为COOK球囊组和欣普贝生组,比较两者引产效果和并发症发生情况。结果:欣普贝生组剖宫产率高于COOK球囊组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);欣普贝生组引产过程中较COOK球囊组更容易出现强直性子宫收缩和异常胎监(Ⅱ型和Ⅲ型胎监),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与欣普贝生相比,COOK球囊联合人工破膜及小剂量缩宫素在孕晚期引产中更加安全。Objective:To compare the effects and safety of COOK balloon and simpuxil on the induction of cervical ripening and induction of labor in late pregnancy.Methods:From April 2017 to December 2019,230 cases of induced labor in late pregnancy were selected,they were divided into the COOK balloon group and simpuxil group.The results of labor induction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The cesarean section rate in the simpuxil group was higher than that in COOK balloon group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During induction of labor,the rate of myotonic contraction and abnormal fetal monitoring(type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ fetal monitoring)were more frequent in the simpuxil group than that in the Cook balloon group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:COOK balloon combined with artificial rupture of membrane and small dose of oxytocin is safer in induction of labor in late pregnancy than simpuxil.
