阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素与阴道栓剂治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎患者的临床效果。方法:收治非淋菌性宫颈炎患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗;试验组在阿奇霉素治疗的基础上联用阴道栓剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿奇霉素联合阴道栓剂干预治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎患者,有助于促进患者早日恢复,效果明显提高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with vaginal suppository in the treatment of nongonococcal cervicitis.Methods:74 patients with nongonococcal cervicitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin.The experimental group was treated with vaginal suppositories on the basis of azithromycin.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of azithromycin combined with vaginal suppositories in the treatment of patients with non-gonococcal cervicitis can help promote the patients'early recovery and the effect is significantly improved.
