摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性子宫内膜炎在胚胎种植失败患者中的发病率及干预治疗后对冻融胚胎移植(FET)妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年6月行FET、有≥1次种植失败史的患者137例,根据检查结果分为A组(子宫内膜炎33例)及B组(非子宫内膜炎104例)。比较两组一般情况及妊娠结局。结果:两组转化日及移植日内膜厚度、移植胚胎数、优质胚胎数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组临床妊娠率高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组囊胚占比、胚胎着床率、早期流产率及异位妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:需重视慢性子宫内膜炎在胚胎种植失败患者中的高发生率,对有胚胎种植失败史的慢性子宫内膜炎患者进行干预治疗,治愈后再次FET助孕能获得较好的临床妊娠率。Objective:To discuss the incidence of chronic endometritis in patients who failed with embryo implantation and the effect of intervention treatment on freeze-thaw embryo transfer(FET)assisted pregnancy outcome.Methods:From December 2018 to June 2019,137 patients who underwent FET and had a history of ≥1 time of implant failure were enrolled,they were divided into group A(33 cases of endometritis)and group B(104 cases of non-endometritis)according to the examination results.The general situation and pregnancy outcome of patients between the two groups were compared.Results:The thickness of membrane,number of embryos transferred and the number of high quality embryos in the conversion day and transplantation day of two group were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate in group A was higher than that in group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blastocyst ratio,embryo implantation rate,early abortion rate and ectopic pregnancy rate between the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is necessary to pay attention to the high incidence of chronic endometritis in patients with embryo implantation failure,intervention treatment for the patients with chronic endometritis with the history of embryo implantation failure,the rate of clinical pregnancy can be obtained by FET assisted pregnancy after cure.
