德谷门冬双胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨德谷门冬双胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效。方法:2017年1-12月收治2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采取地特胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗;试验组采用德谷门冬双胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、内脏脂肪型丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于对照组,胰岛素功能指数(HOMA-β)高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:德谷门冬双胰岛素结合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效显著,可有效控制患者血糖水平,改善患者胰岛素抵抗状态,使胰岛素水平下降,血糖恢复正常,且安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of degludecPlus combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January to December 2017,80 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with insulin detemir combined with metformin.The experimental group was treated with degludecPlus combined with metformin.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the levels of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),fasting insulin(FINS),visceral fatty serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)were lower than those in the control group,and the insulin function index(HOMA-β)was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of degludecPlus combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is significant,it can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,improve the state of insulin resistance,reduce the level of insulin,return blood glucose to normal,and the security is high.
