探讨放射直接数字X线摄影在尘肺诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析在尘肺病检查和诊断中应用直接数字化X线摄影(DR)的效果。方法:2017年10月-2019年12月收治尘肺病患者100例,同时拍摄DR胸片与高千伏胸片(HKV)胸片,比较两组胸片质量和诊断一致性。结果:DR胸片整体质量优于HKV胸片,DR一级片率显著高于HKV,且二级片率及三级片率均低于HKV,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DR胸片微细结构显示与清晰度较好,两组诊断基本一致。结论:DR胸片整体质量优于HKV胸片,三级片率低于HKV胸片,因此在尘肺病检查和诊断中应用DR的效果较好。Objective:To analyze the effect of direct digital radiography(DR)in the examination and diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:From October 2017 to December 2019,100 patients with pneumoconiosis were selected,DR chest radiographs and HKV chest radiographs were taken simultaneously to compare the quality and diagnostic consistency between the two groups of chest radiographs.Results:The overall quality of DR chest radiographs was better than HKV chest radiographs.The first grade rate of DR chest radiographs was significantly higher than HKV,and the second grade rate and third grade rate of DR chest radiographs were both lower than HKV,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fine structure of DR chest radiograph was shown with better definition,and the diagnosis of the two groups was basically the same.Conclusion:The overall quality of DR chest radiographs is better than HKV chest radiographs,and the third grade rate of DR chest radiographs is lower than HKV chest radiographs,therefore,the application of DR in the examination and diagnosis of pneumoconiosis is better.
