细节护理在微量泵注射药物治疗心衰期间的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节护理在微量泵注射药物治疗心衰期间的应用效果。方法:2018年7月-2019年7月收治经微量泵注射药物治疗心衰患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予细节护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组对沟通交流、知识掌握、操作技术、住院环境等项目的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床对心衰患者应用微量泵治疗期间给予细节护理,能显著提升护理质量水平及临床疗效,也能提升患者对于治疗护理满意度。Objective:To observe the application effect of detailed nursing in the treatment of heart failure by micro pump injection.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,96 patients with heart failure who treated with micro pump injection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was given detailed nursing.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results:The satisfaction scores of communication,knowledge mastery,operating skills and hospitalization environment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving detailed nursing care to patients with heart failure during the treatment of micropump can not only significantly improve the level of nursing quality and clinical efficacy,but also improve patients'satisfaction with treatment and nursing.
