人性化护理在小儿疝气术后疼痛护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿疝气术后疼痛护理中运用人性化护理的效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年8月收治小儿疝气患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上增加人性化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后疼痛评分及睡眠质量评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间低于对照组,生活质量评分及家属满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿疝气术后疼痛护理中,运用人性化护理的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing in postoperative pain nursing of pediatric hernia.Methods:From March 2017 to August 2019,60 pediatric hernia patients were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group added humanized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The pain score and sleep quality score after nursing in the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the quality of life scores and family satisfaction scores were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the postoperative pain nursing of pediatric hernia,the application effect of humanized nursing is remarkable.
