摘  要:目的:对4例人感染H7N9禽流感病例进行流行病学调查,为预防控制提供科学依据。方法:汉川市2017年1-3月确诊人感染H7N9禽流感病毒病例4例,采用流行病学个案调查方法,调查病例的发病经过、可能感染的来源及传播途径等,并对患者密切接触者进行医学观察。结果:4例患者咽拭子检测H7N9禽流感病毒核酸均为阳性,发病前均有活禽接触史;经救治后临床治愈出院3例,死亡1例;共80名密切接触者均未出现发热、咳嗽等呼吸道症状。结论:隐性感染H7N9禽流感病毒的禽类是人感染H7N9禽流感的一个传染源,应加大宣传力度,减少人感染风险。Objective:To provide scientific basis for prevention and control through epidemiological investigation of 4 cases of human infection with H7N9 avian influenza.Methods:From January to March in 2017,4 human cases of H7N9 avian influenza virus were confirmed in Hanchuancity,The epidemiological investigation method is adopted to investigate the pathogenesis,diseasedcourse,possible source of infection and transmission route of the case,and medical observation is conducted on close contacts of the patient.Results:The nucleic acids of H7N9 avian influenza virus detected in the throat swabs of the 4 patients were all positive,and all had a history of exposure to live poultry before the onset of the disease.After treatment,3 cases were clinical cured and discharged from hospital,and 1 case weredied.A total of 80 close contacts did not appear fever cough and other respiratory symptoms.Conclusion:Poultry that are recessive infected with the H7N9 avian influenza virus are one source of human infection,publicity should be intensified to reduce the risk of human infection.
