摘  要:阐述了轿车前纵梁的技术要求、制件特点,冲压工艺设计中所涉及的工艺分析及模具设计。根据制件的特殊要求:高强板、拼焊板、底盘件、外形复杂,台阶高度大,尺寸精度要求较高的特点,结合实际情况,从拉伸成形的角度分析了制件生产的工艺过程,制定了切实可行的冲压工艺方案。采用无废料开卷落料的方式,有效地解决了生产过程中原材料成本高、生产效率低的问题,确保了生产的高效率和制件质量的稳定性。对前纵梁等拼焊件的冲压工艺、模具设计、生产制造具有一定的指导意义。This paper describes the technical requirements,the characteristics of parts,the process analysis and die design involved in the stamping process design of car front longitudinal beam.According to the special requirements of parts:high strength plate,tailor welded blanks,chassis parts,complex shape,large step height,high dimensional accuracy requirements,combined with the actual situation,from the perspective of deep drawing,this paper analyzes the process of parts production,and formulates a feasible stamping process plan.Adopting the way of no waste decoiling and blanking can effectively solve the problems of high raw material cost and low production efficiency in the production process,and ensure the high efficiency of production and the stability of product quality.It has a certain guiding significance for the stamping process,die design and manufacturing of front longitudinal beam and other tailor welded parts.
