摘　　要：延时氮气弹簧系统应用到白色家电冲压模具中,不仅可以显著提升冲压制品的表面质量,还可显著提高生产效率,并在取代液压油缸压边之后,使得模具结构更加紧凑,对环境的改善和作业强度的降低,成效非常显著。介绍了延时氮气弹簧系统的原理及在白色家电冲压模具中的应用。The industry tried to apply the delayed nitrogen spring system to the stamping die of white appliances,it not only improves the surface quality of stamping products,but also improves the production efficiency.After replacing the hydraulie cylinder blank holder,the die structure is more compact,the environment is improved and the work intensity is reduced,the effect is very signifcant.This paper introduce the principle of the delay nitrogen spring system and its application in the stamping die of white household appliances.
