摘　　要：装配式钢结构建筑市场前景广阔,在推动建筑产业化发展、资源节约、环境保护、缩短工程建设周期、抗震防灾等诸多方面优势显著。本文针对3种装配式钢结构住宅,即低层冷弯薄壁型钢住宅、钢管束剪力墙结构住宅、组合钢板剪力墙结构住宅的结构特点及设计方法等内容进行介绍,并介绍这3种装配式钢结构在PKPM软件的应用,为结构设计师提供同类结构设计的参考。The prefabricated steel structure has broad market and prospect from the factors such as residential industrialization,saving resources,environmental protection,acceleration of building cycle,earthquake resistant and disaster prevention.The three kinds of prefabricated steel housing,that is,low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel housing,steel beam of shear wall structure houses,the structure of the composite steel plate shear wall residential structure,introduces the design methods and characteristics,and introduces these three prefabricated steel structures of the PKPM software application.It provides the reference of the same kind of structure design for the structure designer.
