摘　　要：随着发电设备安全管理要求的日益提高,机组的长周期运行成为一项基本要求,同时避免机组非计划停运也是提高发电厂经济性的必然要求,在近几年的发电机组非计划停运的统计中锅炉四管泄漏是重要原因之一。对锅炉分隔屏过热器夹屏管泄漏原因进行分析,力求发现管子损伤的根本原因,制定修复措施,确保机组长周期安全运行。With the increasing requirements for the safety management of power generation equipment,long-term operation of the unit has become a basic requirement.At the same time,avoiding unplanned shutdown of the unit is also an inevitable requirement to improve the economics of the power plant.In the statistics of outages,the four tubes leakage of the boiler is one of the important reasons.It analyzes the leakage of the boiler separator screen superheater pinch tube,and strives to find the root cause of tube damage.It develops repair measures to ensure the long-term safe operation of the unit.
