摘  要:高压互联电网薄弱会造成系统低频振荡和阻尼降低,电力系统稳定器(PSS)可以有效提高系统阻尼。对某海外机组工程的低频振荡事故进行总结,分析此项目在当前电网结构下的特点,进行了PSS整定试验,对PSS投入前后的有功波动情况进行对比分析。由于PSS投入后仍未解决机组满负荷问题,针对此项目提出优化方案,并利用PSASP进行单机无穷大仿真试验,为机组PSS参数整定提供了理论参考。A weak high-voltage interconnected power grid will cause low-frequency oscillation and damping of the system.Power system stabilizers(PSS)can effectively increase system damping.Based on the low frequency oscillation accident of an overseas engineering unit,this paper analyzes the characteristics of this project under the current power grid structure,and makes PSS test plan in this particular.At the same time,the PSS setting test is carried out,and the active power oscillation before and after the PSS is put into operation.Since the problem of full load of the unit is still not solved after PSS is put into operation,the corresponding optimization scheme is proposed for this project,and the single machine infinite bus simulation test is carried out by PSASP.Combined with the current power grid structure of this project,the final optimization scheme is proposed.
