摘　　要：高校承担着为社会输送人才的职责,高校输送人才的质量不仅反映其办学的质量,更关乎其生存和发展。会计从业资格证取消这一政策性变革,意味着市场对会计人员的素质需求发生了变化。基于会计从业资格证取消的背景,分析会计从业资格证取消对高校人才培养模式的影响,提出了地方高校人才培养模式构建的一系列优化措施。The duty of a university is to cultivate talents for the society.The quality of talents reflects the level of a university and is also related to its survival and development.The government's decision to cancel the certificate of accounting profession means that the social requirements for accountants have changed.Based on the background of the cancellation of certificate of accounting qualification,this paper analyzes the influence of the cancellation on the cultivation methods of college talents and puts forward a series of methods for the cultivation of accounting talents in local universities.
