摘  要:目的:研究目标体深度信息提取算法及实现方法,以满足乳腺电阻抗扫描(electrical impedance scanning,EIS)临床应用中对感兴趣目标体(乳腺癌包块)进行立体定位的需求。方法:基于乳腺EIS“双层球面模型”推导感兴趣目标体深度求解算法,在得到深度求解公式的基础上,研究利用EIS实测数据对公式中各参数进行近似表达的方法。其中对参考电极电流这一参数提出3种参考电极设置模式(模式1、2、3分别将参考电极点距中心位置的距离设置为1、√2、2倍的电极间距)下的近似方法。最后利用物理模型实验对该算法的性能进行验证。结果:当目标体处于EIS有效检测深度范围内时,利用该算法可以对深度参数进行近似求解,但当目标体逼近EIS极限可检测深度时,深度求解的准确性会下降。当目标体所处实际深度在10 mm内时,利用参考电极模式1求解的结果更加接近实际深度。当实际深度大于12 mm时,利用参考电极模式3求解的结果与实际深度更为接近。结论:目标体深度求解算法的实现证实了利用EIS实测数据对目标体深度信息提取的可行性,为进一步提升乳腺EIS技术的检测性能奠定了基础。Objective To study the target depth information extraction algorithm and its implementation method in order to meet the need of breast electrical impedance scanning(EIS)in clinical application for the three-dimensional positioning of a interested target(breast cancer mass).Methods Based on the"double-layer spherical model"of mammary gland EIS to derive the depth-solving algorithm of the target body of interest,and on the basis of the depth-solving formula,the method of approximating the parameters in the formula was investigated by using the measured data of EIS.For the parameter of reference electrode current,an approximation method was proposed with three reference electrode setting modes(mode 1,2 and 3),which set the distance of the reference electrode point from the central position as 1,√2 and 2 times the electrode distance respectively.Finally,the performance of the algorithm was verified using physical model experiments.Results When the target body was within the EIS effective detection depth range,the depth parameters could be approximated by this algorithm,but when the target body approached the EIS limit detectable depth,the accuracy of the depth solution would be reduced.When the actual depth of the target body was within 10 mm,the result of using the reference electrode mode 1 was closer to the actual depth.When the actual depth was more than 12 mm,the result of using the reference electrode mode 3 was closer to the actual depth.Conclusion The target body depth solving algorithm confirms the feasibility of extracting target body depth information using EIS measurements,and lays a foundation for further improving the detection performance of breast EIS technology.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2020,41(10):1-6,17]
