摘　　要：介绍了高频超声在踝关节韧带损伤、足底筋膜炎、跟腱断裂、Morton神经瘤、踝管综合征以及类风湿性关节炎等疾病诊断及辅助治疗中的应用,分析了高频超声在足踝部骨折外常见疾病诊断及辅助治疗中的优势与不足,并提出了未来的发展展望,为临床更加规范化诊治足踝部骨折外常见疾病提供了重要的参考依据。The application of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and auxiliary treatment of the common diseases of foot and ankle was introduced,including ankle ligament injuries,plantar fasciitis,Achilles tendon rupture,Morton's neuroma,metatarsal tunnel syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis and etc.High frequency ultrasound had its advantages and disadvantages analyzed in the diagnosis and auxiliary treatment of the foot and ankle common diseases other than fracture.The futural progress of high frequency ultrasound was also pointed out,and references were provided for standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle common diseases.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2020,41(10):93-98].
