摘  要:为了更好地应用汉麻织物来开发新的抗菌性产品,通过扫描电镜、红外光谱等表征了汉麻的微观结构,并对汉麻织物的拉伸性、透气性等服用性能进行测试,重点探讨了汉麻织物的抑菌性能。结果表明,汉麻纤维由于表面粗糙、多孔且具有较多的毛细管道,而具有很强的吸湿透气排汗性;同时,汉麻中含有黄酮类物质,类黄酮是一种具有很强生理活性和药理活性的物质,对大肠杆菌等有较强的抑菌效果,测得汉麻织物对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为98.82%,并且洗涤50次后抑菌率仍在90%以上,证明了汉麻织物具有优良的抗菌性能和耐久性。In order to better apply Chinese hemp fabrics to develop new antibacterial products,the microstructure of Chinese hemp fabric was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy,and the wearabilities such as tensile and breathable properties of Chinese hemp fabric were tested.The antibacterial properties of Chinese hemp fabric were mainly discussed.The results showed that hemp fiber had strong moisture absorption,breathability and perspiration due to the rough surface,porous and more capillary channels;at the same time,hemp contained flavonoids,which had strong physiological and pharmacological activities and had a strong bacteriostatic effect on E.coli.The bacteriostatic rate of hemp fabric against E.coli was 98.82%,and the bacteriostatic rate was still more than 90%after 50 washings,which proved that the Chinese hemp fabric had excellent antibacterial performance and durability.
