摘  要:实验为了鉴定鸭体内一种未知绦虫的种类,通过线粒体DNA(mtDNA)中细胞色素c氧化酶部分第Ⅰ亚基(cox1)基因部分序列(pcox1)与核糖体DNA(rDNA)内转录间隔区(ITS)作为遗传标记对虫体进行PCR扩增及序列分析。实验结果显示该绦虫的pcox1序列长698 bp,ITS序列长1449 bp。进化分析结果显示获得的序列与片形褶皱绦虫亲缘关系最相近。经分子生物学鉴定,该鸭体内采集的绦虫归属于圆叶目、膜壳科、片形褶皱绦虫。In order to identify an unknown species of tapeworm in duck,The pcr amplification and sequence analysis of cytochrome c oxidase(subunitⅠ)and ribosomal dnardna internal transcription spacer were used as genetic markers in the mitochondrial dnamtdna.the partial sequence of cytochrome c oxidase(Ⅰ)and ribosomal dnardna.were used as genetic markers to amplify and sequence the insect.The results showed that the length of pcox1 sequence of Taenia solium was 1449 BP.The results of evolutionary analysis showed that the sequence obtained was most closely related to the genetic relationship of tapeworm.According to molecular biology,the tapeworms collected in this duck belong to the order Cycloptera,membranous shell family and tapeworm.
